We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team from anywhere in the U.S. with multiple affiliation models and an internal infrastructure built for future growth, we aim to provide financial advisors with the tools, flexibility and level of support they feel they need to grow and thrive.
Joining Stonebridge through the following models would require affiliating with our associated Registered Investment Advisor (RIA).

Three Different Models
Employee Model
Only eligible if located within the Stonebridge Financial Group geographic footprint.
This option is best for those seeking a growing collaborative environment in which to be an FA/Relationship Manager and not necessarily worry about client acquisition or the business operations of running an advisory firm.
All revenue and expenses are run through and paid by Stonebridge.
Other Benefits Include:
- Incorporation into Stonebridge’s compensation plan with a W2 Salary with benefits.
- Assets you transition over or onboard in your first year remain under your ownership.
- You receive access to firm-wide branding.
- You inherit the firm’s pricing and payout with custodian, RIA and Broker Dealer.
- You enjoy access to our full tech and firm infrastructure/staff (reception, practice manager, analysts/trading).
- You may buy into an equity stake in partnership if you qualify per Partnership Criteria document.
- You qualify for clients to be referred over to you from the firm’s collaborative marketing efforts.
1099 Model
Any location/FA.
This option is best for those seeking to maximize payout for their business by inheriting our large-scale economies, branding and investment strategies but wish to operate under their own profit model and decision-making. Stonebridge staff will assist with any transition/repapering of a book. The benefits include:

Investment Only Model (TAMP)
