Jacob Frey, MBA, CFP®

Jacob Frey joined Stonebridge Financial Group in early 2025 and has been active in the wealth management space for over 10 years. He completed his undergraduate schooling at Ursinus College, where he majored in business and economics and later completed his Master of Business Administration at York College of Pennsylvania. Jake holds his series 7, 63, 65 and Pennsylvania Life and Health licenses as well as the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. Jake also serves on the board of the Financial Planning Association of Central PA.

Jake prides himself on being a dedicated, knowledgeable, and personable professional who combines technical expertise with a unique ability to connect with others, ensuring clients feel confident, valued, and supported throughout their financial journey.

Jake enjoys all things related to the great outdoors as well as tinkering with projects in the garage and spending time with his wife and two children in Wrightsville, PA where they reside.
