Shauna Herman is a Senior Client Services Associate at our Lancaster office. She serves as the primary assistant to clients for several of our Financial Advisors in the office, using the skills she has developed in more than two decades as an information coordinator, assistant office manager and other administrative positions. Shauna has shown an impressive aptitude for handling communications and the flexibility to change directions and juggle multiple tasks when necessary.
Shauna spent nearly two decades working in the health care field, where she performed system updates and assisted staff, physicians and patients in many areas of care, as well as addressing IT issues and monitoring the EMR.
When she is not working, Shauna continues to provide aid to causes in her community. She is eager to learn and loves to travel.
